The Investment Associate provides tailored financial guidance by assisting clients with daily banking needs, managing accounts, and recommending appropriate products and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Establish and maintain a consistent SBA business development rhythm, including:
- Planning call strategies and tracking follow-up actions
- Conducting client retention calls
- Prospecting for new clients

Credit & Financial Expertise:

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; finance-related college degree preferred
- Preferred candidates have at least five years of direct SBA lending experience
- Minimum of 10 years in business development or financial services
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office Suite applications
