Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Email & Chat Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this non-voice role, you will assist customers through written communication channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and considerate support. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, troubleshooting steps, and general support.

  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems with relevant details.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Follow established workflows, scripts, and guidelines to uphold service standards.
