Insight Developer (6 months)

Here at we are looking for a Insight Developer to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location: Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1day in the office). Open to remote from any part of Spain.

Duration: 6 months (might extend)

You will:

  • Design, development and maintenance of the PowerBI applications
  • Development and dashboard design of front end PowerBI
  • Creating and maintaining technical or procedural documentation for dashboards and reports developed.
  • Extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into PowerBI applications.
  • Business partnering with stakeholders to understand, clarify and deliver requirements to meet project objectives
  • Support the adoption of Governance standards for reporting and Insight, driving best practices and ensuring adherence to them.
You should have:
  • In-depth experience of Insight application development utilising PowerBI
  • Experience in data modelling , preparation and dashboard design
  • Experience in data storytelling principles and techniques
  • Solid exposure to scripting languages (including DAX language and Power query)
  • Experience of SQL coding language is advantageous
  • Experience of PowerBI Report builder is advantageous
  • Experience of design-led thinking would be an advantage, but not essential
