Inside Sales – Beauty & Home Location: Hybrid, Gavà, Spain Reports to: Anna Chinyaeva, Regional Sales Manager Role Overview The Inside Sales role plays a pivotal dual role within the Beauty & Home business, supporting the regional sales team while actively developing customer relationships across Spain and Europe. This position is split evenly between internal sales support and external customer development, ensuring strong operational execution while driving future business growth for Lubrizol’s active ingredient portfolio. As a key partner to sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to commercial success through data-driven support, effective customer engagement, and proactive opportunity development.

How You Will

Make an Impact Sales Team Support (50%) Provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and system support to the Beauty & Home sales team using CRM, PowerBI, Vendavo, and other platforms. Support data management activities, resolve system-related questions, and process user access requests. Manage regional lead flow, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting.

Analyze sales and market data aligned with regional objectives and special projects; prepare and present insights to management. Act as a backup for field sales team members during absences, ensuring continuity of operations. Lead general communications and relationship management with distribution partners across the region.

Customer

Development (50%) Serve as the primary contact for development and growth of active ingredients customers in Spain and across Europe. Identify, qualify, and develop new accounts, managing leads from scouting through conversion. Generate new business opportunities to support long-term growth of assigned accounts.

Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities and implement appropriate action plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer activities and information in CRM systems. Provide first-line technical and commercial support to new and existing customers.

Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory, and Quality teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in inside sales, sales support, customer management, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft PowerBI, and other sales analytics tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European languages are a plus.
