Ingeniero/a Técnico de Legalizaciones

Buscamos incorporar el rol de RESPONSABLE TECNICO DE LEGALIZACIONES , que se encargará de aplicar las actuaciones necesarias para asegurar el correcto estado de mantenimiento legal de las tiendas, buscando aplicar y fomentar las buenas prácticas, siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la dirección general y con el objetivo de mejorar y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal industrial que pueda afectar a las diferentes instalaciones de los centros. Asegurar la formación e información de todos los equipos de Mantenimiento de tiendas en material legal, y seguir los trabajos de las diferentes Organismos de Control.

Tus principales funciones serán

  • Supervisar la gestión de OCA´s manteniendo reuniones periódicas con los Organismos de Control.
  • Coordinación de fechas con las inspectoras para la realización de las OCA´s.
  • Seguimiento de estado de OCA´s condicionadas y negativas para su ágil resolución.
  • Tratamiento con las Autoridades Competentes de Industria en el ámbito regional y nacional para la presentación de documentación y requerimientos normativos que sean de aplicación
  • Gestiones de obtención de documentación con los Organismos competentes durante operaciones de traspaso o adquisición de centros.
  • Gestión de informes técnicos de las instalaciones presentes en los centros de Hipermercados, Supermercados, EESS y plataformas.
  • Aplicación de las nuevas normativas que aparezcan y seguimiento de las mismas.
  • Revisión, actualización y gestión de los contratos técnico-legales aplicables a los diferentes establecimientos.
  • Visitar los establecimientos que presenten dificultades en las áreas de legalización de instalaciones.
  • Formación de los equipos de mantenimiento en el ámbito de normativa aplicable a los centros.
¿Qué buscamos?

-Imprescindible titulación superior en Ingeniería (preferiblemente industrial).

-Experiencia profesional previa demostrable en puesto similar

-Disponibilidad para poder viajar.

-Flexibilidad Horaria.

-Se valorará muy positivamente conocimiento técnico de Estaciones de Servicio/Gasolineras.
