Ingeniero/a Producto Electrónico

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de nuevos productos electrónicos a lo largo de todo el ciclo PDP (Fase 0 a Fase 6).

  • Preparar y revisar documentación técnica: Design Book (DB), Technical Reviews (TR) y matrices de cumplimiento de requisitos del cliente.

  • Diseñar y desarrollar prototipos y productos finales, incluyendo esquemáticos, PCBs y definición de arquitectura electrónica.

  • Elaborar y mantener el DFMEA, identificando riesgos y proponiendo acciones de mitigación.

  • Gestionar y actualizar la BOM (Bill of Materials) y estructuras de producto en SAP.

  • Coordinar y gestionar datos CAD y PLM (Teamcenter, Helix Core, Perforce).

  • Colaborar con el departamento de Compras en la selección de proveedores y componentes, incluyendo alternativas técnicas.

  • Aplicar criterios de DFM (Design for Manufacturing) y DFA (Design for Assembly) durante el desarrollo e industrialización.

  • Liderar y gestionar cambios de diseño y producto mediante herramientas de gestión de cambios (ChangeX).

  • Dar soporte a Manufacturing y Calidad en etapas de industrialización, validación, pruebas ICT/EOL y resolución de incidencias.

  • Participar en talleres VA/VE (CIP) para la mejora continua de productos en serie.

  • Coordinar y dar soporte técnico a técnicos CAD.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad, salud, medioambiente y políticas internas de sistemas de información (TISAX).

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Técnica o Superior, preferentemente en Electrónica.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos de producto dentro del sector automoción.

  • Conocimientos en procesos de desarrollo de producto electrónico y gestión del ciclo de vida (PDP).

  • Experiencia en diseño electrónico, gestión de BOM y documentación técnica.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas CAD/PLM y gestión de datos de ingeniería.

  • Formación o conocimiento en normativa IPC 610.

  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2+ (imprescindible).

  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y trabajo transversal con distintos departamentos.

  • Valorable experiencia en liderazgo técnico y coordinación de recursos CAD.
