¿Qué vas a hacer?

Definición de las bases de diseño del proyecto.
Elaboración de esquemas de proceso (PFD's y P&ID's).
Balances de materia y energía, consumos de servicios auxiliares.
Descripción del proceso.
Simulaciones.
Lista de equipos.
Lista de líneas, válvulas manuales y accesorios.
Cálculo y especificaciones de equipos (estáticos, rotativos, intercambio de calor).
DPI (datos de proceso de instrumentos) incluyendo elementos que requieran cálculo (válvulas de control, válv. de seguridad, placas de orificio, discos de ruptura, etc.).
Descripción funcional y manuales de operación.
Coordinación con otras disciplinas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Ingeniero/a de procesos en proyectos de ingeniería básica y detalle.
Experiencia como Ingeniero/a químico/a en plantas industriales, O&G y/o nuevas tecnologías.
Grado en Ingeniería Química o similar.
Conocimiento normativa UNE, RD (809/2021 Equipos a Presión, 919/2006 Combustibles gaseosos,...).
Conocimiento normativa y estándares de diseño internacionales ASME, API, ISO
Inglés nivel avanzado, al menos B2.

Valorable:

-Experiencia en proyectos de Revamping

-Conocimiento software técnico: Aspen Hysys, Pipe Flo, Autocad Plant PID

-Experiencia en

· Hidrógeno: Electrolisis, fundamentalmente pero también plantas de H2 a partir de metano

· Proyectos con Captura de CO2

· Plantas de amoniaco a partir de H2

· Plantas de metanol a partir de H2
