Salario: A convenir Tipo de contrato: Indefinido Jornada: Jornada Completa Años de experiencia: Sin Experiencia Des de CRIT Martorell buscamos a un/a Responsable de Tienda para Supermercados ALDI ubicado en Vic (Barcelona). La persona seleccionada será la encargada de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del punto de venta, coordinar al equipo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos y de calidad de la compañía.

FUNCIONES A REALIZAR Habituales Planificar y supervisar al equipo: turnos, vacaciones y control de horarios.

Gestionar pedidos y asegurar un stock adecuado.

Proponer mejoras en surtido, orden y presentación de la tienda.

Supervisar la entrada de mercancía y la manipulación de productos.

Controlar gastos de la tienda dentro del marco establecido.

Gestionar caja fuerte, fondos y la coordinación con la empresa de seguridad.

Realizar contabilidad básica e informes operativos.

Formar, acompañar y motivar al equipo.

Garantizar el orden, limpieza, prevención y uso correcto de herramientas.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, protección de datos y PRL.

Impulsar mejoras continuas y fomentar la comunicación interna. Periódicas Gestionar permisos y ausencias del equipo.

Resolver reclamaciones de clientes dentro del marco establecido.

Ajustar precios en productos perecederos o dañados cuando corresponda.

Apoyar en caja cuando sea necesario.

Ejecutar instrucciones de oficinas centrales.

Reportar incidencias y coordinar reparaciones urgentes.

Denunciar robos y asistir a juicios si procede.

Representar la tienda ante proveedores, clientes y otros terceros.

Participar en reuniones del departamento y equipos interdepartamentales. ¿QUE OFRECEMOS?

Contrato: Indefinido directamente por ALDI Horario: Rotativo mañana y tarde, con disponibilidad para algún fin de semana Salario: 22.000 € – 24.000 € brutos/año según experiencia + incentivos Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como responsable o encargado/a de supermercado.

Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
