At Rituals, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Brand Activation Marketeer to bring our brand to life across Portugal and Spain. This is an Iberia-wide role with a strong operational focus on Portugal ensuring activations are locally relevant, flawlessly implemented in-store and delivering commercial results.

This is a maternity cover for approximately 7 months.

Location: Barcelona (preferred) or Lisbon (to consider).

As Brand Activation Marketeer, you will:

  • Plan and execute the Iberica retail activation calendar (campaigns, sampling and in-store experiences), including key seasonal moments and product/collection launches.
  • Support marketing activations for store openings, relocations and anniversaries, as well as special events, ensuring smooth in-store implementation.
  • Track and analyse performance, share market insights and monitor competitor/retail trends to optimise activations and identify new opportunities.
  • Translate, adapt and localise in-store/POS materials and activation communications, supporting stores via ticketing and cascading commercial cycle briefings (especially to Portugal).
  • Build and manage partnerships with shopping malls and local partners, coordinating collaborations.

You bring:
  • Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing team (retail/brand activation is a strong plus).
  • A strong understanding of the retail environment and hands-on in-store execution.
  • Experience in localising global campaigns and adapting content to the local market.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
  • A Rituals mindset: humble, collaborative, eager to learn and focused on continuous improvement.
