Student Operator

We are seeking a proactive Student Operator to lead our initial community building and execution in the Philippines.

This is not a typical ambassador or supporter role. As a Student Manager, you will work closely with our team to lead early execution and build the foundation for Everytime in the Philippines. Beyond your own campus, you will support operations across different universities in the Philippines. (Note: Everytime is based in Korea and we do not have a separate entity in the Philippines.)

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Market Entry: Lead the initial setup and rollout of Everytime in the Philippines

2. Platform Marketing: Execute creative marketing strategies for Everytime across various social media and platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

3. Insight Gathering: Actively collect and update essential university-specific information to keep our platform relevant and resourceful.

4. Champion Leadership: Recruit, organize, and manage a small group of "Champions" (Student Supporters) across different universities in the Philippines

5. Strategic Collaboration: Regularly participate in online sync-up meeting to share insights, report progress, and brainstorm new ideas.

Important Note: You are not expected to execute all these roles by yourself. This is going to be a joint effort between our team in Korea and you.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Currently enrolled in University of the Philippines, Diliman (UPD), Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU), Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT)2. Previous experience in student leadership role with a deep understanding of campus culture and trends
  2. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  3. Ability to lead a team with high self-discipline and execution power
  4. Agile and proactive mindset to navigate and solve challenges in an early-stage setup
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills7. Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  6. Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheet)
