Role Overview

We're seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Career Associate. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the US job market while helping candidates achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Submitting the job application on behalf of the job seeker
2. Conducting research on the job and the employer to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and expectations
3. Communicating with the job seeker to gather information about their skills and experience and to ensure that the application accurately reflects their abilities
4. Keeping the job seeker informed of the status of their application and providing guidance and support throughout the process
5. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of the job seeker at all times
6. Providing support and assistance to the job seeker as needed to help them secure employment

Required Qualifications

1. Possess a strong attention to detail
2. Possess decent English communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
4. Comfortable with remote work
5. Familiarity with U.S. job markets is a plus, but not mandatory
