Location: London HQ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

This is a rare opportunity to lead the Amazon channel for a global performance nutrition powerhouse home to some of the most iconic and best-loved brands in the category.

As the Ecommerce Channel Lead you’ll take the reins of the Amazon UK business(the largest single customer) owning P&L, growth strategy, and execution across a high-performing portfolio.

We are seeking candidates who have growth potential to step up in to a Business Unit/Channel Controller level role in the short term. This role would be ideal for second rotation SNAM ready to take on more ownership and lead in a fast growth business and category.

You’ll be shaping the digital shelf of brands used by Olympians, everyday athletes, and everyone in between all while collaborating with some of the smartest minds in the global eCommerce and digital retail space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute the Amazon JBP across all brands, driving revenue and profit growth.
  • Lead Amazon Retail Media strategy and agency partnerships, laser-focused on ROAS and category growth.
  • Champion the digital shelf, optimise PDPs, own data-led decision making, and ensure brand excellence.
  • Collaborate with global markets to align strategy and identify whitespace for innovation.
  • Mentor and support a talented KAM, while becoming the go-to Amazon expert in the UK business.

  • An experienced Amazon operator or SNAM with strong commercial acumen who has led on large accounts and managed large, complex P&L\'s.
  • Deeply analytical and at home navigating JBP negotiations, Promotional Plans as well as leading retail media, content performance, and contribution margin.
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator who knows how to push agencies and partners to deliver results.
  • Motivated by ownership, growth, and the chance to build something great.
