What You'll Do as a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Corporate Card Member
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Servicing inbound calls from Corporate and Small Business Card Members to understand their needs and recommend the right American Express benefits or services
- Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of American Express Corporate Card services
- Building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service
- Responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, and adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices
