Strategic Sales Executive, New Marketplace Partnerships

You'll be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing multi-year platform deals with major retailers. This is a high-visibility role working directly with the founders, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the pipeline scales.</p> <p>This role is focused exclusively on new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in the earliest stages of a deal cycle and has a track record of opening doors and closing business in markets where you're building awareness from the ground up.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through signed contract on new retail marketplace partnerships</li> <li>Work a mix of self-sourced pipeline and warm opportunities already in motion</li> <li>Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals across marketplace, affiliate/creator, and retail media teams at major retailers</li> <li>Develop a repeatable outbound motion targeting retail marketplace and ecommerce leadership</li> <li>Represent Levanta at industry conferences and events</li> <li>Partner with founders on deal structure, negotiation strategy, and commercial terms</li> <li>Feed market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals</li> <li>Background in retail media, marketplace technology, or ecommerce SaaS strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience in affiliate or creator marketing is a plus</li> <li>Comfortable selling to VP and C-suite buyers across business units</li> <li>Outbound hunter mentality with the patience and polish to work long-cycle enterprise deals</li> <li>Strong commercial instincts, you can build a business case, negotiate terms, and know when to push</li> <li>Startup-ready: you build the playbook, you don't wait for one</li> </ul> <p><strong>A note about comp:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive base with significant commission upside tied to closed marketplace partnerships.
