The buyers have changed — they expect consumer-grade experiences with enterprise-grade precision. Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B is how the world's most ambitious companies will meet that expectation, and the data foundation you build will make it possible.

We're building the platform that powers everything: the pipelines that move data, the APIs that unlock it for teams across AJO B2B, the flows that AI/ML and customer-facing products depend on. This is foundational work in the truest sense — the decisions you make now will shape how this product scales for years to come.

This is a rapidly growing product with a clear path to B2B marketing leadership. The customer base is expanding fast, and so is the complexity of what we need to deliver. We hold ourselves to a high bar: customers need features, quality, and speed — and they need all three, not tradeoffs between them. That's a hard problem. It requires engineers who can see around corners, who build systems that bend without breaking, and who take genuine pride in what ships.

How We Work

Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions that drive business outcomes. 1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
