Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, Multi-Location (Remote)

Summary Join Yelp’s Multi-Location team to help national brands win locally on the most trusted local marketplace. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to own and deliver segment-scoped enablement programs end to end with clear KPIs that drive seller performance for the Multi-Location Sales team. We support four distinct sales organizations (Channel Partner, Emerging/Midmarket, Enterprise, and Brand). The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will create and facilitate classroom and virtual instructor-led training for sales teams, as well as build online self-learning paths. They will also be responsible for developing innovative content and materials on topics like sales process/methodology, advertising products, forecasting and reporting systems, policies and processes, etc. that can be delivered through various methods. Sets light content governance (taxonomy, versioning, deprecation) for their scope and implements simple, trackable measurement to iterate programs. The ideal candidate has sales and/or sales enablement experience, has excellent verbal and written skills, takes a collaborative approach, and has a strong interest in doing work that drives results. The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will have experience building enablement curriculums for sales teams using an LMS and CMS. They will also be aware of current adult learning and consultative selling trends and integrate them into the content & materials to make them relevant to sales teams today. We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs that help our sales people to be successful in their jobs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results-driven. They must have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications. This role reports to the Head of Sales Enablement and will be responsible for executing on strategies to enable our sales teams to effectively sell Yelp’s Advertising offerings. What you'll do Set content strategy and governance for your segment keep playbooks and tool guides current and findable in the CMS/LMS, retire stale assets, and publish updates via our wiki and newsletter. Design and deliver blended learning at scale (ILT/vILT, eLearning, microlearning) with practice/reinforcement; run train‑the‑trainer for managers; facilitate engaging remote sessions and concise recaps. Drive tool enablement for your segment (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware) design training, streamline workflows with tool owners, and propose scalable improvements. Implement measurement and ROI for your programs define KPIs, build simple dashboards with RevOps, run experiments/pilots, and iterate from field feedback. Lead cross‑functional workstreams within your scope; create light RACIs, manage dependencies, and drive decisions with Sales, CS, RevOps, PMM/Product, and Marketing. Translate insights on digital advertising, Yelp products, and sales best practices into actionable, segment‑relevant enablement that changes behavior. What it takes to succeed 4-6 years in sales enablement, sales support/ops, L&D, or digital media sales; with end‑to‑end ownership of a program and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to design and implement sales enablement and workflow solutions that enhance sales team productivity and efficiency. Independently writes and presents; presents to leaders with some support; clear, succinct communicator for remote audiences. Builds curriculum across ILT/vILT, eLearning, and self‑serve; sets objectives, creates assessments/certifications; applies frameworks (e.g., Bloom’s, ROPES) effectively. Data/tool fluency LMS/CMS (e.g., Exceed, Rise 360, Highspot), Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, SFDC; identifies limitations and suggests scalable improvements. Creative, learner‑first mindset; designs for a remote‑first, distributed field. Collaborates independently with senior leaders; acts as a solutions‑oriented partner and fosters feedback loops. Prioritizes and manages multiple workstreams; coordinates resources; flags risks with solutions; delivers on time.
