En esta ocasión, buscamos una persona Backend Senior Engineer que refuerce la arquitectura técnica del equipo y permita escalar el desarrollo de soluciones backend, especialmente en entornos donde la IA y la automatización tienen un papel relevante.

Serás una pieza clave en la construcción de una base backend robusta, escalable y mantenible , evitando cuellos de botella técnicos y asegurando la calidad de las soluciones.

En este puesto tendrás la oportunidad de:

Diseñar y desarrollar APIs, microservicios y servicios backend para soluciones de IA y automatización.
Definir y evolucionar la arquitectura backend de aplicaciones internas y proyectos de cliente.
Diseñar sistemas de autenticación, autorización, gestión de permisos y multitenancy .
Diseñar y optimizar bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales .

Lo que buscamos

Buscamos un perfil con criterio técnico sólido , autonomía y capacidad para tomar decisiones de arquitectura en entornos complejos.

Requisitos:

Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend.
Experiencia sólida con Python en entornos productivos.
Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de APIs REST y arquitecturas de servicios .
Conocimiento de frameworks como FastAPI, Flask o similares .
Experiencia en modelado de datos y diseño de bases de datos .
Buen criterio en arquitectura, seguridad, rendimiento y escalabilidad .
Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y liderar decisiones técnicas.
