We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for our Cloud Finance division. The position is required to balance strategic analysis and insight generation while managing the methods we use to close, forecast, and analyze our expenses. This role will involve partnering with teams across the organization to drive progress towards scalable planning, reporting, and analytics. This is a highly visible role that will involve regular interaction with various business partners: engineering, procurement, finance, and other supporting teams across NVIDIA. A successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles supporting decision making in constantly evolving environments. The candidate must have the ability to incorporate new approaches and methodologies while dealing with complex data. What you'll be doing: * Drive monthly financial close and forecasting activities, including annual planning * Consolidate financial forecasts/data from various Cloud FP&A teams for management reporting * Develop financial models and scenario analysis to determine strategic options (and trade-offs) of specific business models or capital investments * Identify and drive cost saving or efficiency opportunities with engineering and GTM teams * Communicate key insights from projects to Nvidia executives and internal partners * Evolve existing processes and drive automation via new tool development * Analyze large data sets to identify and operationalize new business metrics around Cloud and AI products What we need to see: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or other analytically focused positions at a reputable, fast-growing technology company is preferred * 3+ years of experience in public cloud services and platforms * Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, highly adept with Excel and other productivity tools (SharePoint, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail * Ability to incorporate new approaches and methodologies while dealing with complex data * Ability to work and stay organized in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment * Establish credibility and trust with key leaders in finance, engineering, procurement, and governance Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Prior experience with a reputable, fast-growing technology company (industry experience) * Demonstrate the ability to build trust and exert influence with key partners Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
