Senior Finance Data Analyst

 

 

Job Overview:

This role sits in FP&A and blends data engineering and finance expertise, partnering with the Enterprise Data & Insights (EDI) team to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics that support fast, accurate decision-making.

You will support the development of the FP&A Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), enabling business teams through well-structured data products. You will work alongside Data Engineers, Analysts, and business partners to deliver datasets, dashboards, and other data products. This help improves data access, trust, and usage throughout the organization.

This is a hands-on role focused on building impactful data solutions, with emphasis on usability, data quality, and metric transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reusable datasets and semantic layers to support consistent reporting
  • Support onboarding of new users to the data platform, improving accessibility and usability
  • Develop and maintain data quality monitoring and reporting frameworks
  • Convert business needs into clear, well-structured data models and metrics
  • Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines meet analytical and reporting needs
  • Chip in to documentation and guidelines across analytics and data product development
  • Collaborate with Enterprise IT (EIT) to support development of FP&A data landscape and CFO Org tech stack vision

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong SQL, Python (e.g. Pandas, PySpark), Databricks
  • Experience building dashboards (Databricks SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts (pipelines, orchestration, version control)
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks and testing approaches
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Strong social skills and ability to work with non-technical partners
  • Experience working with FP&A and exposure to financial statements

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Experience building lightweight data applications (e.g. Streamlit, Dash)
  • Exposure to working in a product-focused or data platform environment

Salary Range:

$146,880-$198,720 per year
