For more than 25 years, NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing, an era in which the GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars. We're looking for an expert event and campaign copywriter to join a highly collaborative creative organization, working closely with campaign strategy, events, development, product marketing, PR, and executive partners. This role is for a writer who can think conceptually, operate at scale, and bring clarity and emotion to complex technology through standout copy and ideas. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and large-scale moments—owning copy that powers NVIDIA’s most visible events and coordinated campaigns. From global keynotes and product launches to multi-channel brand narratives, successful candidates will help shape how NVIDIA presents itself on the world stage. What you’ll be doing: * Develop high-impact messaging for NVIDIA’s flagship events and coordinated campaigns, including keynotes, launch moments, scripts, event collateral, narrative frameworks, and supporting content across channels. * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and emotionally resonant storytelling that aligns with NVIDIA’s brand voice and strategic priorities. * Partner closely with creative directors, designers, event producers, product marketing, PR, and executive teams to build cohesive narratives from early concept through final execution. * Contribute to campaign conceptualization by developing messaging platforms, story arcs, and creative territories that can scale across events, digital, social, and experiential touchpoints. * Act as a steward of the NVIDIA voice, helping maintain and elevate copy standards, grammar, tone, and style across high-visibility deliverables. * Use AI tools and workflows to support ideation, iteration, and production, while applying strong editorial judgment to refine and elevate final output. * Step in where needed to support broader creative and editorial efforts, including content reviews, event preparation, and cross-team storytelling initiatives. What we need to see: * BA or similar degree, or equivalent experience. * 8+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong focus on event marketing and campaigns, brand storytelling, and event-driven content. * Proven ability to write for large-scale moments such as keynotes, product launches, or experiential campaigns with high executive and public visibility. * Outstanding command of language, narrative structure, and brand voice, with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution. * Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary creative teams and navigating feedback from multiple collaborators, including senior leadership. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight timelines without sacrificing quality. Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Experience writing for technology, AI, or B2B brands at a global scale. * Background spanning both agency and in-house creative environments. * Direct experience supporting executive-level presentations or keynote development. * A strong familiarity with using AI tools to improve creative workflows and copy development. * Experience helping define or evolve brand voice guidelines and copy standards.
