We write for seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, blogs, videos, store windows—everything down to the tags on the clothes. In this position, you'll create content that adheres to pre-established brand standards and work alongside Creative and Marketing team leads to strategize and execute marketing copy—which basically means, take a brief and run with it. The Senior Copywriter, Global Brand Creative reports to the Director of Global Copy. This job is creative and a fantastic opportunity for the right person.<br><br><strong>About The Job<br><br></strong><ul><li>Write and deliver all Levi's® marketing copy as briefed by business teams and supervised by the Global Copy Director</li><li>Embody the brand voice and understand how to deploy it across channels</li><li>Edit copy from teammates as needed</li><li>Receive feedback graciously, striving for continuous improvement</li><li>Understand and articulate the value proposition of our full product assortment</li><li>Work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, Designers as well as partners in Marketing, Merchandising and SEO.</li><li>Present work to peers, partners and management in a clear, compelling, professional manner. Where appropriate, include research to support chosen strategies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>8+ years of experience in advertising, copywriting, journalism, or similar field</li><li>Understands of how to write concise, branded content for fashion retail, e-commerce, digital marketing and video—and the varying parameters each medium requires</li><li>You have a strong curiosity and energy. You also should have a sense of humor, a point of view and the ability to work on deadline.</li><li>Interprets briefs, takes direction and executes with little/no supervision</li><li>Spectacular written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfort collaborating in a large, matrixed cross-functional organization</li><li>Must be a team-orientated individual contributor</li><li>Eagerness to test, learn and evolve</li><li>Compelling presentation chops</li><li>Conversance with the fashion universe</li><li>Experience with project management and collaborative design tools, like AirTable and Figma<br><br></li></ul>This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.<br><br><em>The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $135,300 per year<strong>.</strong></em> <em>We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.<br><br></em>Levi Strauss & Co.
