The role focuses on executing advanced communication and negotiation activities, optimizing renewal workflows, and supporting customer retention with minimal guidance. The Renewal Representative proactively addresses customer needs, identifies churn risks and renewal blockers, and ensures strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
