<ul></ul> <p><strong>Salary: </strong>MPS/UPS + TLR 2b + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (TPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full Time</p><p><strong>Contract type: </strong>Permanent </p><p><strong>Start date: </strong>September 2026</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>primary-trained teacher</strong> with expertise in special educational needs, ideally with a focus on communication and interaction to take on the role of<strong> Resource Provision Lead</strong>, with TLR responsibility for leading and line managing our intervention provision. The role of the Resource Provision Lead is critical in the launch and successful implementation of our brand new resource provision for students with Communication and Interaction needs.</p><p>We are opening a brand new resource provision, initially with approximately 18 KS3 students, in September with the view and ambition that this will be full, including KS4 within two years. </p><p>We are seeking a skilled and dedicated leader who will bridge gaps, deliver curriculum content and work with a dedicated team of specialists to ensure students who attend achieve the highest possible outcomes.</p><p>This role would suit a motivated practitioner who is committed to inclusive practice and ready to play a key role in developing and embedding a provision that makes a real difference.</p><p>As the lead of this provision, you will be delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitating a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. This role is to specifically provide high-quality teaching and support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) whose primary need is communication and interaction.</p><p>The role includes delivering personalised learning, supporting inclusion within mainstream classrooms, and working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals. </p><p>You will benefit from a strong network of support, including close working with the Local Authority, partnership with our sponsor special school, access to high-quality CPD, and guidance from our Associate Director of SEND.</p><p><strong>About Lift Kingsley</strong></p><p>We are incredibly proud of our students' phenomenal achievements and the progress the school has made in recent years.
