[Remote] Website Product Coordinator

As a Website Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the digital presence of the agency by creating engaging online experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement and digital growth.


Responsibilities

  • Support website compliance, site consolidation, and optimization of our online presence across digital platforms
  • Assist with collecting and translating business requirements, managing workflows, and conducting thorough site testing for monthly deployments
  • Troubleshoot website and platform issues, partnering with web developers and the Digital Marketing team to resolve them
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals, performance metrics, and technical SEO to identify issues and improve site health
  • Communicate site changes, downtime, bugs, and resolutions to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Train internal teams on content authoring best practices and document new features after development releases
  • Clearly explain complex digital concepts to colleagues with different levels of technical expertise
  • Continuously learn through hands-on work and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Occasional travel may be required. Travel may consist of off-site venues, occasional overnight stay, visits to other operating companies

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business or related area, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of website experience, with foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ADO, JIRA, or ServiceNow
  • Exposure to web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data to drive decisions, identify opportunities, and validate the success of site changes/enhancements
  • Experience with web accessibility standards
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager CMS, a major plus
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely), site performance and vitals monitoring tools (Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse), and tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
