Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and fully licensed State Farm Sales Team Member, with State Farm experience, to join our remote sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere while earning a competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our agency and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
  • Must possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (any state)
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
  • Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through internet leads, past quote leads, live transfers, call-in's, and targeted lists.
  • Sales: Sell all lines of insurance to both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with existing team members to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
  • Team Participation: Actively participate in virtual team meetings to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
