Remote Allstate Life Specialist

Are you a Licensed Allstate Financial Services (AFS) Sales Agent or Life Insurance Producer with a proven track record—ready to step into a role where you’re not just another agent, but the foundation of something being built from the ground up?

Tired of being boxed into a limited role or chasing unqualified life leads with no real system behind you?

At Full Circle, Ryan Chao's Allstate Agency, we’re not just one of Allstate’s fastest-growing agencies—we’re now building an elite, in-house Financial Services division, and we’re looking for the right person to help us lead that charge.

This is not a plug-and-play role. This is for someone who wants to own their lane, drive results, and help shape the future of a high-performing life insurance operation.

Why Full Circle Insurance is Your Next Great Move: Build Something That Matters

You won’t be stepping into a stagnant role—you’ll be the foundation of our in-house Life & Financial Services division, working directly with current sales leadership to expand and scale production. Your impact will be seen and felt immediately!

High Volume, High Intent Opportunities

No cold calling grind. Our Sales and Service teams are actively setting life appointments daily—from both new business and existing customers. This role is built for someone who can handle VOLUME in a fast paced environment, and CLOSE CONSISTENTLY!

Fast-Track Integration & Support

You’ll be plugged into our system quickly with direct access to leadership, proven sales processes, and a team that feeds you opportunity. We don’t micromanage—but we do demand elite performance.

Serious Earning Potential

We reward production—period.

  • Base salary ($42K-$50K based on experience) + 100% of life commissions earned by the agency
  • High volume of pre-set appointments = uncapped upside

  • Weekly 1:1 development with leadership
  • Contests, recognition, and real-time celebration of wins
  • A culture that pushes you to improve—not stay comfortable

A Culture You’ll Actually Enjoy

We work hard—but we enjoy it.

  • Company trips (this year: Cancun)
  • Team recognition, competitions, and constant energy
  • A “people-first” environment that still demands excellence
