Program Manager Talent Performance & Experience

What you’ll do Program Management Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoption Onboarding Develop and implement a core onboarding experience for all employees. Recognition Manage our internal recognition platform and lead recognition initiatives. Performance Management Manage performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations. Culture Support a revitalized culture by embedding Superior’s values in all programs and initiatives. Inclusion Support inclusion initiatives as needed. Mentor Act as a mentor to the Talent Performance & Experience Specialist Technology Enablement Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs. Compliance Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies. What you bring Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field required. Master’s preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions. Working knowledge of different philosophies around talent management and employee experience, and a practical approach to implementing best practices. Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations preferred. Work Location Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office locations in the greater Wayne, PA or Rochester, NY area. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere; fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit. Pay Transparency The expected annual salary range for this role is $79,800 - $102,800 a year. Please note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, geographical location, as well as market and business considerations.
