<strong>Summary<br><br></strong><strong> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br></strong>Our Maize, KS facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our manufacturing team. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country.<br><br>The production associate is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong attendance, works safely, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>As a production associate, you will help produce LPG cylinders by performing assembly operations, monitoring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities Include<br><br></strong>Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production<br><br>Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements<br><br>Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation<br><br>Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained<br><br>Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard<br><br>Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products<br><br>Maintain required production and quality records<br><br>Report material shortages or production concerns<br><br>Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles<br><br>Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals<br><br>Perform other duties as assigned<br><br><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong>Successful candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
