This individual is data-driven, collaborative, and an excellent communicator (both verbal and written). The Product Marketing Manager views themselves as integral to the success of the product, sales, and marketing teams, and is energized by Amplify’s mission to positively impact the lives of millions of students.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at prioritizing competing demands. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams and report to the Director, Core Math Product Marketing.</span></p><p></p><p><b><u>Essential Responsibilities</u><b>:</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Product Marketing and GTM Strategy: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches and feature updates.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify strategic opportunities for the core math program, aligning tactics and strategies to achieve enterprise-level business goals.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Product Positioning and Messaging:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop messaging, positioning, tools, and materials that highlight the value of our product in a competitive market.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure messaging consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints, including marketing and sales materials.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Sales and Marketing Enablement:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, webinars, and sales enablement tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the Content and Growth Marketing teams to strategize and execute campaigns that drive MQLs. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support messaging on Amplify.com for the program by collaborating with the web team to optimize key pages for SEO and conversion. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with Sales to develop training, resources, and tools that support effective sales campaigns, adoptions, and implementations.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Market and Customer Research:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Participate in market research projects (e.g., surveys, conjoint studies, etc.) in partnership with the market research team to understand broader market dynamics. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product positioning and sales/marketing strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop a deep understanding of math education market dynamics and issues, becoming a market expert for the marketing, product, and sales teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as an internal advocate for our buyers’ and customers’ interests, informing product strategy, sales strategy, and full-funnel marketing campaigns.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Qualifications:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years of experience in product marketing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Technical proficiency and experience with Google Suite</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Prior experience in education, EdTech, or education publishing</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress</span></b></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u><b>What we offer:</b></u><br><br>Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
