Principal Product Manager, Relay Supply Products and Technology

<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Our Relay Supply Product and Tech team is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to join our team.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for capacity procurement marketplace within Middle Mile Transportation organization. The marketplace has multi-billion spend per year, and as a product leader, you will own products solving for capacity needs that aligns with Amazons middle mile network and continuously find opportunities to enhance carrier experience.<br><br>This is an exciting opportunity to work on foundational products, drive adoption, and influence the trajectory of the business. You will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business teams to define product strategy, drive product development road map, influence technology architecture and launch.<br><br>You’ll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also dive deep into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside engineering (dev and test), product, and program teams to deliver great business results as well as carrier experience.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Own the vision and strategy for building products and features</li><li> Write documents that work backwards from customer needs</li><li> Partner effectively with other leaders in product, design, engineering, science and business intelligence to influence priorities and drive alignment</li><li> Plan and deliver on executive level goals</li><li> Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between emerging technologies and existing ones for right sized features, architectural improvements and entitlement</li><li> Monitor project execution and ensuring that the delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The team currently consists of Product Managers focused on building and scaling US and EU products. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
