JOB SUMMARY The Precertification Intake Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, providers, and members. You will handle incoming phone calls from facility providers and members, ensuring a high level of customer service and productivity. Types of inquiries include asking medical service type, requesting medical records, working inbound emails and faxes. As the front line for IMG and our expanding international clientele, you must present yourself professionally on the phone and through email. Additionally, you must remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Provide professional and courteous outbound communication as needed Work shared email mailbox and providing professional and accurate assistance responses to member and client communications Document contact outcomes in customer relationship management tool Assist in special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders as needed Ability to complete company training course requirements Availability to work some holidays and weekend days. Job may require flexible scheduling to grow in the company Interest in undergoing government vetting to work on specialized products QUALIFICATIONSAt least one year of experience in patient intake or medical office administration Possess at least one year of experience in a quality, customer service role, demonstrating helpfulness and dedication with professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software Self-motivated with a proven ability to maintain a positive attitude, manage stress effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Global geographical and cultural awareness PREFERRED SKILLSSelf-presentation skills Bilingual – Proficient verbal and written communication skills in a foreign language (including but not limited to Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, and/or French) a plus but not required International insurance experience preferred IMG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
