Objective</strong></p><p>To provide onsite support for establishing <strong>console access to network devices</strong> and enable remote login activities by the Infosys team.</p><p><strong>2. Scope of Activities</strong></p><p><strong>2.1 Pre-Deployment / Site Readiness</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with site POC for access and entry</li><li>Verify work location and device availability</li><li>Ensure laptop, tools, and connectivity readiness</li><li>Confirm console cable compatibility with devices</li></ul><p><strong>2.2 Onsite Execution</strong></p><p><strong>A. Console Access Setup</strong></p><ul><li>Connect to network device using <strong>USB console cable (FortiGate compatible)</strong></li><li>Establish console session via <strong>PuTTY or terminal client</strong></li><li>Configure appropriate COM port settings</li><li>Verify successful connectivity to device console</li></ul><p><strong>B. Remote Access Enablement</strong></p><ul><li>Share console session with remote team (Infosys)</li><li>Provide required physical support during login activity</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues (if any)</li><li>Ensure stable session until completion</li></ul><p>Note: All login/configuration activities will be performed by the Infosys team.</p><p><strong>2.3 Support Activities</strong></p><ul><li>Basic cable management (if required)</li><li>Ensure proper physical connections and power status</li><li>Assist in reconnecting console if session drops</li></ul><p><strong>2.4 Testing & Validation</strong></p><ul><li>Confirm successful console access and login</li><li>Validate device accessibility from remote team</li><li>Ensure no hardware or connectivity issues remain</li></ul><p><strong>2.5 Documentation & Handover</strong></p><ul><li>Capture activity status and observations</li><li>Report any issues or deviations</li><li>Share completion confirmation with stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>3.
