Job Description This role will be part of our Company's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) squad. The role requires a technically strong individual who is resourceful and highly self-motivated. The successful candidate should have 2-3 years of experience working in the IGA field in a large, global enterprise environment. Additionally, the candidate will have strong communication skills that allows them to successfully work with stakeholders in diverse roles ranging from IT infrastructure to individual end-users. Reporting to the Product Manager of Enterprise Identity and Access Management, this position will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be responsible for the design and delivery of IGA services enterprise-wide. Activities will include evaluating, developing, implementing and optimizing IGA solutions for user provisioning, access certification, and access fulfillment ensuring efficient and secure management of user identities and access rights. Required skills & experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IGA with functional knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow/IQ or Oracle Identity Governance. Experience designing, developing and implementing IGA services using SailPoint IdentityNow. Familiar with good service delivery practices to ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management and regulatory requirements. Understanding of data model development and use of MS PowerBI to create self-service reporting capabilities to meet business and compliance needs.
