We make managing medical funds safe, effortless, and cost effective for everyone. </p><p></p><p></p>Assist the team in management of business relationships with the objective of driving account, deposit and revenue growth while enhancing employer satisfaction. Ensure procedures are kept up to date and train the team on new and existing processes. Support the team with any questions they have and assist with employer client escalations. Represent Relationship Management department on projects and corporate initiatives.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p>Support team by answering day to day questions</p></li><li><p>Assist team with reaching stated account, deposit and revenue growth objectives</p></li><li><p>Mentor team to support the overall revenue growth goals including attendance on client calls when appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Work with the team to assist and support the overall retention and satisfaction of assigned clients, including escalation management.</p></li><li><p>Write and update existing procedures</p></li><li><p>Escalate to leadership within other departments when processes and/or people are impacting our client satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Provide training opportunities, lead meetings, contribute to SLC reporting updates, participate in projects and CI initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Mentor team to ensure they are conducting their Strategic Planning Meetings and OE sessions in a manner that is O-focused and will lead to achieving the employer and HSA Bank’s objectives.</p></li><li><p>Actively volunteer and participate in focus groups, special projects or other items that may come up during the course of business</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Able to interact with customers and all levels of management.</p></li><li><p>Superior interpersonal, multi tasking, organizational, leadership and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Training experience</p></li><li><p>Proficient computer experience and skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) as well as other industry related software, Salesforce experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Possesses the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of company and customer information.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to Detail</p></li><li><p>Consistent, accurate and efficient responses to inquires from both internal and external clients</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Education Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>H.S.
