We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Growth Manager to own two strategic directions that directly impact revenue and business growth. You won't just send emails — you'll build systems that retain students, reignite motivation, and turn happy graduates into our best acquisition channel. What you will do Retention & Student Lifecycle - Design and launch onboarding communication flows that reduce early churn and build a learning habit from day one - Build intelligent trigger-based sequences to support student motivation: reactivation campaigns, early warning interventions, and critical-moment nudges throughout the course - Reduce refund rates through timely, relevant communication — reaching students before they've made the decision to leave - Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver the right message at the right moment through the right channel - Drive student engagement and activity through CRM: email, WhatsApp, and SMS Referral Growth - Build the referral channel as a system — not one-off campaigns, but a scalable mechanism for acquiring new students through existing ones - Design end-to-end referral flows: from trigger moment to referred student conversion - Test mechanics, offers, and timing; turn data into repeatable, scalable solutions Requirements - Fluent level of English. Knowing Spanish is a strong plus. - Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing. - Ability to think strategically, not just follow briefs. - High attention to detail and operational discipline. - Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across segments and funnels. - Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus.
