Asegurarás de que todas las tareas y funciones se completen a tiempo todas las fases del proyecto, ofreciendo apoyo y orientación a otras partes interesadas, así como comunicando el estado y el progreso del proyecto. Dirigirás el equipo central del proyecto y el flujo de trabajo de software, asegurando todas las partes involucradas en el software cumplan con sus obligaciones.
