Job Description

Your responsibilities and scope?

To strengthen the capabilities of our nearshore (Morocco and Spain) and international delivery centres, we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F) – permanent contract, based in Valencia.

Reporting to the Group Recruitment and Employer Branding Department, you will join our close-knit internal community of 25 Talent Acquisition Specialists, all passionate about the tech environment.

You will take full ownership of recruiting senior IT profiles within your scope, managing the entire value chain—from defining the target profile with hiring managers through to welcoming the candidate on their first day.

Your role?

With your consultative approach, you will support managers in making final hiring decisions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring delivery of the recruitment plan
  • Defining the most effective sourcing strategy
  • Conducting direct sourcing and headhunting activities
  • Leading assessment interviews
  • Contributing to employer branding and campus management initiatives with partner schools
  • Providing regular reporting on your activity to your line manager and via the ATS (through BI tools)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting IT profiles, ideally within the IT services sector
  • A strong interest in developing sourcing and headhunting strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Autonomy and perseverance
  • Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • An optimistic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit
  • A keen interest in exploring AI and automation in recruitment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
