What you're going to do

We are looking for an addition to our interdisciplinary and international Service Desk team at our headquarters in Zurich. In this role, you are the first point of contact for IT queries from our employees at all locations worldwide. You will make a significant contribution to high service quality and customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with our service levels. In close cooperation with experienced system administrators and engineers, you will continuously deepen your expertise in modern technologies. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • First and second-level IT support for Adnovum employees at all our locations
  • Hardware and software support, including laptop installation and setup
  • Close collaboration with the global IT Solutions team (infrastructure, internal applications, collaboration tools, and cloud services)
  • Analyzing and resolving malfunctions in the Microsoft 365 and VPN environments
  • Independent communication and coordination with internal stakeholders – from second-level support to software development
  • Collaboration in internal IT projects and continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

  • Completed training as ICT specialist, comparable training, or at least two years of professional experience in ICT support
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, additional knowledge of MacOS a big plus
  • Enthusiasm for technical challenges regarding hardware and software
  • Pleasure in dealing with clients
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style, as well as logical, agile, and analytical thinking
  • Very good command of German and English
