The role of Technical Support / Configuration Engineer means that you will join and influence a project which is being created using the latest technologies (C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, JS Frameworks, Rabbit, Kafka, Docker, AWS, k8s, MS SQL Server, Redis, Couchbase). We are a very Agile team that uses Scrum and common sense to assist in development. Learn our Gaming System and underlying business model/processes Provide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for Gaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.) Participate in regular configurations of Gaming System Expertise in technical support, particular across 3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices and cloud based development Frontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing Understand of Agile and Scrum methodologies The WOW Our Gaming platform is the core of everything we do.

You will be part of preparing our journey to containerization, increasing the scalability of our systems while also maintaining their high quality.
