Project

Governance & Execution Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms. Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.

Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team. Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities. Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals Testing & Cutover Support Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.

Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines. Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

Change

Management & Adoption Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts. Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.

Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects/programs. ~ Experience with managing global stakeholders. ~ Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools. ~ Experience with projects where Oracle CPQ module was implemented. ~ Fluency in English. We are looking for candidates based in Barcelona or nearby as the role requires a hybrid working model with 2 days/week at the client's office.
