As Human+AI Collaboration Architect

, you would use your background understanding User Experience to design the "relationship of trust between humans and AI agents," and architect how users interact with AI in a modern way. It goes beyond the traditional role of a UX Designer, pioneering a new design field for the AI agent era—AX (Agent Experience).

What would you be doing?

  • Lead the design of AI Agent Experience across all company products, including design agent dialogue flows and interaction patterns to create an experience where users can trust AI and utilize it in their work.
  • Addresses AI-specific UX challenges such as visualization of uncertainty, display of confidence levels, reversible operations (undo/correction), and traceability display.
  • Make data-driven design decisions based on user research (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing).
  • Build and operate design systems for AI products, providing a consistent experience across products.
What experience are we looking for?
  • 5+ Years Experience in Web/Software UIUX Design.
  • 1+ Years Experience Designing for AI/LLM-enabled products.
  • Experience in conducting and analyzing user research (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Proficient in UI prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
  • Fluent-level Japanese (Spoken & Written), as well as Business-level English (for internal communication).
