Head of Recruitment

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.

We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.

Why This Role Matters

We grew from 95 to 200 people in 2025. We moved fast and learned a lot along the way. Some hires were great. Some weren't. Now we know exactly what we want: strong leaders and real owners at every level, a recruitment team that performs, and a hiring process that holds the bar every single time.

This role builds that. You will own the entire talent acquisition function across Adapty, FunnelFox, and Professional Services, and lead the team that delivers it.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end recruitment across three products and five recruiters. Set the direction, hold the bar, and make sure every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.

Close leadership roles. VP, Head, C-level searches are yours. Own the sourcing strategy, the evaluation process, and the final decision.

Build the infrastructure that makes hiring repeatable: ICPs, scorecards, and interview packs for every role type, not just the hard ones.

Run the team on quota. Monitor performance weekly, act when someone tracks below 50%, and make hard calls when needed.

Give the CEO and leadership real-time visibility: pipeline reports, funnel conversion by stage, offer acceptance rate, trial retention by recruiter.

Train hiring managers to evaluate candidates, not just interview them. Alignment before search starts, every time.

About you

You have 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team with quota accountability.

You have personally closed VP, Head, or C-level roles and can walk through exactly how you did it.

You have built or owned recruitment processes end-to-end: ICPs, scorecards, interview packs.

You think in Time to Offer, funnel conversion, and trial retention. Numbers are how you diagnose problems and prove results.

You have made hiring and firing decisions on your own team and can explain your criteria clearly.

You are comfortable pushing back on a CEO or hiring manager when the data says they are wrong.

What's in it for you

Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5 fastest-growing SaaS companies.

Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.

Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.

Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.

Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.
