Fertility Home Injection RN/LVN

Concierge IVF – (San Francisco Bay Area, CA) is in search for a professional and caring REGISTERED NURSE (RN)/LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) to provide in home injection services to clients going through reproductive health treatment in the greater San Francisco area. Applicants should live in SF or South SF areas to be able to travel within geographical area for home visits.

Job Title/Position: Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Hours: Per Diem; 20-30 min appointments from 6:00PM- midnight for single visits or 9-14 consecutive days; variable 20-30 min AM appointments 6:00AM- 10:00AM

Summary: The Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse administers timed injections prescribed to clients going through reproductive health treatment. Visits are approximately 20-30 mins long per client and cycle treatment can include either 1-3 nights of medication teaching or 9-14 consecutive days of full cycle treatment. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, responsible RN's to support patients during this highly emotional process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Holds unencumbered Registered Nurse License/Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Possess and maintain a current CPR certification (BLS)
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
  • Comfortable giving injections; subcutaneous, intramuscular
  • Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Show ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
  • Able to bend, kneel, or crouch.
  • Visual acuity and hearing to perform required injections
  • Computer skill competency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year (1) Registered Nurse/LVN experience, one of which is in the area of Reproductive health is preferred
  • Administers injections as prescribed by the physician. Subcutaneous and intramuscular
  • Keeps up to date documentation of medications administered for each client
