Together, we can drive meaningful change, spark innovation, and achieve extraordinary milestones.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kentro is seeking an ESOM Program Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting ESOM Leadership in the management and execution of daily operational activities. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to facilitate the compilation of contractual deliverables, manage updates to program management artifacts, lead the execution of program events, and support program engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate may support other domains within the program, leveraging their project management experience to support the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, inclusive of technical staff, corporate support, and program leadership, as well as subcontractor leadership to support program initiatives.</li> <li>Responsible for the facilitation of contractual deliverables, managing the process and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure inputs are provided by defined milestones.</li> <li>Supports the facilitation of program briefings and documents; collaborating with leadership to compile and finalize project artifacts ensuring consistency in messaging, formatting, and delivery readiness.</li> <li>Schedules, organizes, and facilitates cross-functional meetings, and workshops ensuring agendas are clear, participants are prepared, and outcomes are actionable.</li> <li>Leads the execution of program events, such as off-site and remote meetings; responsible for location reservations, invites and participation confirmation, hospitality, and briefing development.</li> <li>Leverages best practices to provide program management support to high-priority projects inclusive of meeting planning and execution, communications, documentation development, and status reporting.Captures and distributes meeting minutes, decisions, and action items to include monitoring progress and following up to ensure accountability and closure.</li> <li>Supports the development of knowledge management tools to create and store program artifacts to ensure operational consistency.</li> <li>Exhibits extensive attention to detail, serving as secondary support for the data reporting team; assisting with assignments such as data reconciliation, data reporting, and governance.</li> <li>Assists leadership with financial reconciliations, such as time charging resolution, working with Leads to validate charging for holidays, shift work, and on-call events.</li> <li>Develops and finalizes standard operating procedures; may provide supplemental process development support for ESOM Domains – End User Operations and Enterprise Command Operations.</li> <li>Provides project oversight for customer-initiated requests, such as tool automations to enhance program operations and performance.</li> <li>Ability to support other duties, as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Associate’s Degree in Business or 2 years of technical education; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.</li> <li>2 years of cross-functional facilitation experience, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders to drive consensus and progress</li> <li>2 years of general program/project management experience; with prior exposure to scope, schedule and budgeting concepts.</li> <li>Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word), and other project planning tools such as Visio.</li> <li>Quick Learner with integrity/honesty, good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.</li> <li>US Citizen or Green Card holder.</li> <li>Experience supporting a federal client.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Prior experience with data reporting solutions such as PowerBi/PowerApps.</li> <li>Understanding of government LCATs and contractual compliance.</li> <li>Information Technology knowledge</li> <li>Associates Degree in Information Technology disciplines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen or Green card holder</li> <li>Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance </li> <li>Must meet updated ID requirements: https://www.gsa.gov/technology/it-contract-vehicles-and-purchasing-programs/federal-credentialing-services/get-appointment-help/bring-required-documents <ul> <li>If you do not currently meet the ID requirements outlined, you must be willing and able to update your current forms of ID in a timely manner to complete the suitability process successfully. </li> </ul></li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p><strong>The Company</strong></p> <p>We believe in generating success collaboratively, enabling long-term mission success, and building trust for the next challenge.
