Even at the same company, in London something inspired an employee, in Seattle something discouraged another. However, no one person knows when, how, or why these things occur so differently at the same organization. As an associate, you will gain real-world experience as part of our Talent Management Consulting team to help us uncover the truth in organizations. You will use your listening and logic skills to capture employee insights and identify their frustrations, motivations, and interests. The process is to primarily conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees at companies all over the world. These interviews occur most often when employees leave (“Exit Interviews”), when they join (“New Hire”), and while they are still there (“Stay Interviews”). Your goal is to discover why employees join, stay and leave their organization, and in the process uncover important employee observations and organizational trends. Position begins immediately and work is ongoing and consistent. The ideal candidate must have regular availability during the week, but can be flexible hours of the day. Qualifications:The ideal candidate has: • Natural curiosity • Enthusiasm for talking with people • A customer-service orientation • Strong organizational skills • A motivational and collaborative mindset • Bi-lingual is a BIG plus (especially Spanish) Requirements: • Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or similar four (4) year degree (Human Resources, OD/HR, Psychology a plus) • Typing rate of 50 WPM or more (you can “check typing speed” by searching online) • Excellent written English • Clear and comfortable verbal communication If you want to help us to create a workplace where everyone is engaged by what they do and inspired by who they work for, this role is for you. Time: Hours per week: 24-32 hours; Days per week: 3-4 days (part-time). Compensation: A stipend of $500-$1000 will be provided upon completion of the internship. This is a remote stipend internship for approximately sixteen weeks.
