Job Overview

We're looking for a licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, review coverage, process policy changes, and provide the support they need to feel confident in their protection.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active Insurance License upon employment.
  • Experience: No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Oriented: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients' insurance needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a sales team.
  • Drive: Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for client management and engagement.

You must currently live in one of the following states:

Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, or North Carolina
