WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING AS OUR CHIEF FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

  • Maintaining hotel grounds and the building to keep the landscaping fresh and facilities in great condition
  • Developing and following a structured plan to stay on top of corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Promptly fulfilling daily work orders and making general repairs as needed
  • Ensuring the swimming pool temperature and chemistry align with modern health guidelines
  • Treating guests respectfully and promptly reporting security concerns to keep everyone safe
  • Supporting maintenance budget planning and making recommendations for spending
