<p><strong>SUPERMARKET REFRIGERATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- 5 YEARS +</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong>:</p><p>The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of the branch. Our Branch Managers plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employees.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Implement regional growth strategies at the branch level to achieve revenue and profitability targets.</li><li>Manage branch service and construction operations to ensure customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and timely project delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with Account Management and Business Development to support and nurture customer relationships, aiding key local accounts as needed.</li><li>Proactively review branch customer lists to maximize growth with existing clients and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Support the expansion of new business segments in collaboration with the RVP and sales teams.</li><li>Ensure successful execution of construction and service projects in alignment with company standards and customer expectations.</li><li>Foster a “growth mindset” across the branch team, encouraging innovation and proactive pursuit of business opportunities.</li><li>Manage the branch-level Risk & Opportunity pipeline and align it with financial commitments.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the branch's P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.</li><li>Supervise all branch operations, including workforce planning, job scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation.</li><li>Provide valuable insights and support during the formulation of forecasts and budgets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety programs and training compliance</li><li>Drive branch-level initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.</li><li>Oversee branch-level administrative functions, including expense approvals, Z-ticket reviews, and reviewing billing transactions outside the SM threshold.</li><li>Approve credits, warranty work, and expenses within delegated authority.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all inventory controls</li><li>Collaborate on setting, monitoring and acting on branch KPIs and metrics.</li><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure service agreement renewals align with company goals.</li></ul><p><strong>People First</strong></p><ul><li>Mentor, develop, and identify branch leadership to build a strong team.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment aligned with company values and goals.</li><li>Regularly communicate with teams through one-on-one meetings, KPI reviews, weekly CPOM meetings, and action planning</li><li>Enhance collaboration between Service and Modernization teams to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction</li><li>Hire, develop, and retain Branch Leadership team members who exemplify Climate Pros’ core values and leadership standards.</li><li>Foster a strong relationship between the local union and the branch</li></ul><p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. (Oral and written)</li><li>Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the branch’s goals and objectives.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to estimate and process field change orders with a sense of urgency</li><li>Ability to self-start and motivate a group of individuals to act as team towards a common goal.</li><li>Self-motivated to follow through the estimate process from inception to completion.</li><li>Build a team culture by recruiting, motivating, and training the staff.</li><li>Review and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with multi-tasking alongside time management skills and the ability to prioritize and plan.</li><li>Computer proficiency.
