Four Seasons Hotel Madrid está buscando perfiles de Barback para incorporarse al magnífico equipo de Alimentos y Bebidas. Reportando al Head Bartender y al Restaurant Manager, las funciones principales a desarrollar son:

•Limpiar y colocar las mesas, las sillas, la mantelería, la vajilla, los vasos y los cubiertos para el servicio de manera efectiva y acorde a los estándares. •Interactuar con los clientes de forma profesional y siguiendo nuestra Regla de Oro. •Anticiparse a las necesidades de los clientes, buscando su satisfacción y responder de manera urgente y adecuada a sus inquietudes y peticiones. •Realizar un control de stock de material, así como de ingredientes y alimentos, asegurando que la barra está en todo momento ordenada y surtida. •Verificar la limpieza de la zona de trabajo en la barra, asegurando que se encuentra en condiciones óptimas durante todo el turno de trabajo. •Trabajar en armonía y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores. Qué harás:

Buscamos candidatos apasionados por la excelencia de servicio, y orientados al cliente. Es necesario contar con experiencia en barra y preparación de cócteles, así como en restaurantes u hoteles de lujo.
