Job Details Responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level and may include • Lead HUD audit engagements from planning through completion • Review work papers, financial statements, and audit documentation • Analyze and evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, and systems • Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and providing on-the-job training (supervisor level and above) • Manage client communications, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met • Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously and manage project budgets and billing (manager/director level) • Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact (manager/director level) • Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives (director level) • Perform technical research and stay current on HUD and GAAP requirements • Identify opportunities to enhance client service and strengthen relationships Interested in hearing more?
